A semi-sweet wine.  A blend of our own apples from Great Country Farm.  Fresh and bright with mild apple notes similar to Golden Delicious. 

Pairs well with hard cheeses, especially cheddar, prosciutto and pork dishes.

50% Vidal Blanc, 50% Apples from Great Country Farms 

We harvest many varieties of our own apples from Great Country Farms to make our apple wine, sparkling apple and Henway hard ciders. Our Sparkling Apple wine is a lightly effervescent blend of apple wine and grape wine resulting in a fun, crisp bubbly perfect for all occasions.

100% Stainless steel fermentation and aging. Fruit-forward with lush textures of green apple and asian pear. Crisp with notes of lemon zest and candied mandarin orange.

Pairs with creamy soft cheeses, risotto, seared scallops, grilled lobster, and alfredo or scampi dishes.

Vidal Blanc, Chardonnay, Semillon

Predominantly stainless steel fermented with a slight kiss of oak barrel fermented Semillon and Chardonnay.  Crisp acidity with flavors of green apple, white grapefruit, citrus, pear, and white flowers while notes of tangerine, lemon rind and a hint of vanilla linger on the finish. A hint of residual sugar will compliment any Summer day! Reminiscent of Riesling.

Pairs well with Carbonara pasta, hard cheeses, potato soup, cheese fondue

With its origins in South West France (Languedoc), Petit Manseng is relatively new to Virginia vineyards. Our off-dry white Petit Manseng was hand-harvested and fermented in a vareity of oak and acacia barrels. Slightly perfumed aromatics of honeysuckle, juicy stone fruits (nectarine and white peach) and green apple couple with a pleasantly balanced but lingering acidity due. Apricot and a hint of graham cracker on the finish.

Pairs well with ceviche, scallops, root vegetables, Pad Thai, and pork. 

Aromatics of lemongrass, lime, and melon give way to flavors of lemon zest, green apple and cut grass. Dry with a zesty acidity. Perfectly light and refreshing on spring and summer days.

100% Loudoun County grapes. Serve cold, slightly above refrigerator temperature of 45-50 to release aromatics.

Pairs well with Thai red curry mussels, grilled lobster with butter, spaghetti carbonara.

Add some summer sunshine to your winter wine list, with this semi-sweet, fruit-forward wine. We harvested around 13 tons of many varieties of our own peaches from Great Country Farm to make our peach wine.  All peaches have been hand pitted up to this point so needless to say, it is a labor of love to create this wine.

Pairs well with grilled foods, and pulled pork

Bright and effervescent. Exemplifies a peach and apricot profile with a rounded finish. A perfect patio sipper or breakfast wine for Mother's Day.

Pairs well with peach crepes, grilled peaches with brown sugar.

100% Viognier

Honeysuckle and spring floral notes introduce the 2023 Viognier while white peach and apricot dominate the finish. A short aging in oak barrels brings a hint of biscotti and shortbread beneath the traditional flowery Viognier signature aromatics while helping to preserve the clean textures of the stainless steel fermentation.

Pairs well with grilled chicken, creamy Italian dishes, goat cheese, crab cakes, and Thai inspired meals. 

This refreshing, off-dry Rosé is made from Chambourcin grapes, slowly fermented in stainless steel to retain maximum aromatics and freshness. Fruit-forward notes of ripe strawberries and cranberry intertwine with hints of lemongrass, mint, and a delicate acidity for a perfect springtime pairing.

Pairs well with cheese plates, dried fruits, picnic lunches, and delicate Asian-inspired dishes as well as smokey barbecue dishes

Crisp and tart with notes of strawberry, pomegranate and a touch of vanilla cream on the nose. This refreshingly effervescent Rosé is perfect for all occasions. 

Pairs well with seafood, sushi, grilled vegetables, variety of cheeses.
