Wanting to showcase the fruit and not the barrel, our Reserve Chardonnay was barrel fermented and aged in a combination of neutral and second-year oak allowing for subtle oak integration while letting the grape shine through. Toasty notes of graham cracker, hazelnut and creme brulee interplay with a lush mouthfeel while finishing with a touch of green apple and apricot.

Pairs with creamy soft cheeses, risotto, seared scallops, grilled lobster, and alfredo or scampi dishes.

Light salmon color, strawberry, and watermelon notes with a slight creaminess. Subtle astringency from skin and seed contact during cold soaking. Best served slightly below room temperature and above refrigerator temp.

Pairs well with strawberry goat cheese salad, crab and avocado, mediterranean grilled chicken.

Fragrant notes of white blossom and honeysuckle open the bouquet, leading into flavors of just-ripened strawberry, crisp Asian pear, and juicy white peach. Subtle hints of blood orange lend a delicate tang and brightness to the finish, crafting a lively rosé that captures the essence of the mountain breeze.

Vibrant and refreshing, this rosé delivers crisp acidity with a subtle savory backbone. Juicy watermelon and wild berry flavors shine, making for an energetic and thirst-quenching finish.

Pairing: A great match for summer salads, grilled vegetables, seafood, or fresh fruit platters.

100% Virginia, Loudoun County.  Our Bordeaux/Meritage-style blend. 

Layered textures, dominant of red fruit (redcurrant, medicinal cherry) with darker brambly blackberry undertones and soft, yet lingering, tannins. Notes of dried herbs (lavender), coffee bean, and a hint of vanilla.

Pairs well with coffee-rubbed steak, Shepherd’s Pie, crispy Duck, grilled lamb, french onion soup

Always a fun project that begins with a Cabernet Sauvignon base aged in a combination of freshly emptied bourbon barrels and neutral oak wine barrels. The 2022 Bourbon Barrel Cab Sauv has been aged in Four Roses, Buffalo Trace and Jack Daniels barrels for 12 months and has been lightly blended with small amounts of Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc. 

Earthy with slight notes of bourbon, cherries, dried fruit and a hint of vanilla that give way to a soft, medium bodied wine with a hint of baker’s chocolate on the finish.  Bourbon aromatics are more integrated instead of upfront, lending to a richer mid-pallet and slight warmth of alcohol. Easy drinking and balanced, pairs well with food, a fireplace or on its own.

Allow the wine to warm slightly to release more of the bourbon notes. 

Pairs well with oak grilled New York Strip, caramelized onions, dark chocolate, mushroom risotto

Notes of black currants, coffee, plum, and allspice. Slight herbaceous with a hint of toffee on the finish.

Slightly smokey with hints of licorice, blueberry, and sage. Show a lingering, soft tannin structure and a bright mouth-watering acidity with additional aromas of dried herbs, plum, and tar. For best results decant for an hour prior to enjoying.

Pairs well with pork spare ribs, figs stuffed with blue cheese, beef empanadas, beef tenderloin.

Our second ever Syrah with grapes grown in Loudoun County. Notes of cracked pepper, blueberry and a hint of eucalyptus.

Pairs well with game meats, herb roast chicken, charcoal grilled lamb, aged hard cheeses.
