Predominantly stainless steel fermented with a slight kiss of oak barrel fermented Semillon and Chardonnay.  Crisp acidity with flavors of green apple, white grapefruit, citrus, pear, and white flowers while notes of tangerine, lemon rind and a hint of vanilla linger on the finish. A fun summertime and picnic wine. This wine makes a wonderful Sangria Blend! Enjoy two parts wine, two parts mix, club soda and garnish with blackberries and Lemon.
